4 lbs Rahr White Wheat
4 lbs Rahr 2-Row

Hops
1 ounce Williamette, 60 mins
1 ounce Cascade, 15 mins

Yeasts
Wyeast 1010 American Wheat Yeast

Mash schedule

Infusion 10 qts at 169.6° F
Keep at 152° F for 60 mins
Add 4.97 qts of water at 212.0° F
Mash out for 10 mins at 170.0° F
Sparge with 18.3 qts of water at 170 ° F

Fermentation schedule

Primary fermentation for 7 days at 66.0° F
Secondary for 7 days at 72.0° F
Bottle/Keg for 14 days @ 74.0°F
