Beta Sacch' Rest, 30 min @ 149.0°F
Alpha Sacch' Rest, 30 min @ 158.0°F
Mashout, 10 min @ 170.0°F
Sparge with 10.96 qt ( 2.00 qt/lb ) of 170.0°F water over 60 mins

Fermentation schedule

Primary, 14 days @ 52.0°F
Diacetyl rest, 2 days @ 63.0°F
Secondary, 28 days @ 44.0°F
Bottle/Keg, 14 days @ 74.0°F
