Yeasts
Bohemian Lager Yeast, Wyeast 2124

Fermentation schedule

Primary, 14 days @ 50.0°F or until FG is reached
Diacetyl rest, 2 days @ 60.0°F ("Do a diacetyl test by taking a sample and popping it into the microwave for 10 seconds. If any butter smell exists, keep it in the fermentor for a few more days.")
Clarity crash, 2 days @ 35.0°F
Bottle/Keg, 28 days @ 34.0°F
