2 lbs Munich Malt
2 lbs Munich Malt - 20L
8 ozs Victory Malt
8 ozs Briess Caramel 60L

Hops
1 oz German Perle, 60 mins
1 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker, 15 mins

Yeasts
Belgian Abbey II, Wyeast Labs

Mash schedule

Add 12.5 qts water at 169.6° F
Saccharification rrest for 60 mins at 152° F
Add 6.21 qts water at 212° F
Mash out 10 min at 170° F
Fly sparge with 15.6 qts water @ 170 ° F
