Brewing in the rain

Making a raspberry wheat ale on a chilly May Sunday.

From Carboy
Had a fire going in the backyard, but then had to pull out the umbrella when the rains came. It will all be worth it in six weeks when the beer is ready and cold and the summer is hot.

Other notes

I added about 2.5 oz of raspberry extract to the beer at kegging. It is just about right, but maybe a tad too heavy. Next time, I might try using just 2 oz.
