Infusion, add 13.91 quarts of water @ 174.3° F
Saccharification rest for 60 min @ 156° F
Add 4.4 quarts of water @ 212° F
Mash out for 10 min @ 168° F
Sparge with 16.59 quarts of water @ 170° F
